摘　　要：本文以低龄退休老人为研究对象,关注该群体的反向社会化。认为反向社会化的主要困境体现为老年人心力委顿,无心学习新东西;身体机能下降,对学习力不从心以及社会普遍对老年人反向社会化的偏见等。从老年人自身的生理、心理、所在家庭以及经济四个方面对退休老人反向社会化的困境进行原因分析;最后提出相应对策。This paper focuses on the reverse socialization of the young retired people.The author thinks that the main difficulties of reverse socialization are:the old people’s mind is tired,they are not willing to learn new things;the body function is declining,they are not able to learn and the society is generally biased against the old people’s reverse socialization.This paper analyzes the reasons for the dilemma of the backward socialization of the retired elderly from four aspects of their own physiology,psychology,family and economy,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
