护理干护理干预对老年重症肺炎合并呼吸机相关性肺炎患者预后的影响研究

摘　　要：目的针对患有重症肺炎合并呼吸机相关性肺炎的患者,采用护理干预以后,对该护理的方法的应用价值进行研究分析。方法在本院2018年1月~2019年2月期间,接受肺炎治疗的患者中随机挑选46例,将其中的23例患者列为对比组,采用常规护理方法,剩下的23例患者列为观察组,采取相关的护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果、并发症发生概率。结果观察组患者的护理有效率、并发生发生概率均要优于对比组(P<0.05)。结论患有肺炎的患者,采用护理干预以后,能够有效改善患者的生活质量,使患者的病情得到有效控制,提高患者的治疗效率,提高患者在治疗过程中的配合度。Objective To study and analyze the application value of nursing after nursing intervention for patients with severe pneumonia combined with ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,46 patients with pneumonia were randomly selected and 23 of them were classified as control group.Routine nursing methods were used.The remaining 23 patients were classified as observation group.Relevant nursing interventions were adopted to compare the nursing effect and the probability of complications between the two groups.Results The nursing efficiency and occurrence probability of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with pneumonia,effectively control the patient’s condition,improve the treatment efficiency of patients,and improve the cooperation degree of patients in the treatment process.
