双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿慢性腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿慢性腹泻的疗效。方法选择2017年11月~2019年2月内收诊的80例婴幼儿慢性腹泻患儿作为对象,采用双盲法按照1:1比例将其分成对照组和研究组,各组占40例,对照组,双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,研究组,双歧杆菌四联活菌片+醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,观察评价临床疗效。结果①研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);②研究组症状缓解时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);③组间不良反应发生无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿慢性腹泻,疗效显著,且安全性高。Objective To observe the curative effect of Bifidobacterium tetrad viable tablets combined with Xingpi Yanger Granule on infantile chronic diarrhea.Methods 80 infants with chronic diarrhea who were admitted from November 2017 to February 2019 were divided into control group and research group according to the ratio of 1:1 by double blind method.Each group accounted for 40 cases,control group,Bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets,research group,Bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets+Xingpi Yanger Granule were used to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05);the relief time of symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium tetralogy viable tablets combined with Xingpi Yanger Granule is effective and safe in the treatment of infantile chronic diarrhea.
