腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理配合与体会

摘　　要：目的 探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理配合及体会。方法 选择我院2017年11月~2019年2月内收诊的50例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者且将其平均分成对照组和研究组,每组25例,对照组实行常规护理,研究组实行手术室护理配合,比较护理效果。结果 研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,术后肠道功能恢复时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术,给予手术室护理配合干预,作用显著,可推广。Objective To explore the nursing cooperation and experience in the operating room of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods 50 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to February 2019 were divided into control group and research group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given operation room nursing cooperation,and the nursing effect was compared.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the recovery time of intestinal function and hospitalization time after operation were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer and nursing intervention in the operating room play a significant role and can be popularized.
