摘　　要：本文基于劳动力市场分割的视角,研究了体制分割与市场分割相结合的双重二元劳动力市场对城市居民阶层认同的影响。实证分析发现,"职业稳定性""收入与福利保障水平""职业发展前景"这三组主次劳动力市场的分割因素,对因体制分割而分别处于体制内外的城市居民的阶层认同均会产生不同程度的影响。文章认为,随着我国市场化改革进程的推进,市场内生性竞争因素对职业特征不平等的塑造开始显现,相关分层研究应该把侧重点从主要关注制度性分割转移到体制性分割与市场分割相结合的视角上来。Based on the perspective of labor market segmentation,this paper studies the influence of dual binary labor market combined with system segmentation and market segmentation on the identity of urban residents. The empirical analysis shows that the segmentation factors of the primary and secondary labor market,such as "occupational stability", "income and welfare security level"and "career development prospect",both have different impacts on the class identity of urban residents who are in or out of the"unit system". This paper argues that with the advancement of China’s market-oriented reform process,the endogenous competition factors in the market have begun to shape the inequality of occupational characteristics,and the research on relevant stratification should shift the focus from focusing on the national institutional segmentation to the perspective of combining with the market segmentation.
