摘  要:为了提高赤磷发烟剂对远红外热像仪的干扰效果,选择赤磷发烟剂与铜粉发烟剂复合的方法,采用SC7000远红外热像仪在烟箱中测试了赤磷发烟剂、铜粉发烟剂及其复合烟幕对远红外热像仪的干扰效果。研究表明:将2.73g赤磷发烟剂分别和2.73g、5.46g、8.19g和10.92g的铜粉发烟剂复合,复合烟幕对7.7~9.3μm波段热像仪的透过率从49.6%分别降低到20.1%、13.0%、7.3%、6.0%;复合烟幕对热像仪图像的干扰效果也有很大的提高。In order to improve the obscuring effect of red phosphorus smoke agent on far infrared thermal imager,the red phosphorus smoke agent and copper powder was compounded.The obscuring effect of red phosphorus smoke agent,copper powder smoke agent and their composite smoke on far infrared thermal imager was tested in smoke box,by SC7000 far infrared thermal imager.The results show that as 2.73 g red phosphorus smok agent was compounded with 2.73 g,5.46 g,8.19 g and 10.92 g copper powder,the transmittance of composite smoke agent to 7.7~9.3μm band thermal imager was decreased from 49.6%to 20.1%,13.0%,7.3%and 6.0%,respectively.The interference effect of composite smoke screen on thermal imager image is also greatly improved.
