摘  要:采用石墨烯纳米片作为发热材料,水性丁苯橡胶为基体,制备了定向排列石墨烯/丁苯橡胶复合材料。探究了石墨烯的含量对该复合材料电导性能的影响,研究了电导性和电压对该复合材料的电热性能的影响。实验结果表明,该复合材料的电导率随石墨烯含量的增加而增加,当石墨烯质量分数为3%时,该复合材料的电导率为0.53 S/cm;该复合材料的电热性能随电导率和电压的增加而增加,当施加12 V的激励电压,电导率为0.53 S/cm的复合材料的加热饱和温度为88℃。The oriented graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber composite was prepared by using graphene nanosheets as a heating material and water-based styrene-butadiene rubber as the matrix.The influence of graphene content on the conductivity of the composite and the influence of conductivity and voltage on the electrothermal properties of the composite were studied.The conductivity of the composite increased with increasing content of graphene.When the addition of graphene is 3%(mass fraction),the conductivity of composite is 0.53 S/cm.The electrothermal performance increases with increasing conductivity and bias voltage.When the bias voltage is 12 V,the composite with conductivity of 0.53 S/cm exhibits the saturation temperature of about 88℃.
