枸地氯雷他定联合甘露聚糖肽治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察枸地氯雷他定联合甘露聚糖肽治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法选取收治的慢性荨麻疹患者129例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组65例与对照组64例。观察组采用枸地氯雷他定联合甘露聚糖肽治疗;对照组单纯给予枸地氯雷他定药物治疗。在2周疗程后随访1周时间,比较两种治疗方案的临床价值。结果病情有效率方面,观察组与对照组分别为93.8%、77.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未见明显不良反应。结论枸地氯雷他定联合甘露聚糖肽治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好且安全性高,可供临床选用。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium combined with Mannatide in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 129 chronic urticaria sufferers were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group:65 cases,Desloratadine Citrate Disodium 8.8 mg,one time daily,Mannatide capsule,2 grains,three times daily,2 weeks;the matched control:64 cases,Desloratadine Citrate Disodium 8.8 mg,one time daily,2 weeks.The efficacy and safety were observed after stopping teses medicines for a week.Results The observation group is always efficient to 93.8%,the matched control is efficient to is 77.4%,two groups of comparison the difference have a statistics to learn meaning (P<0.01);Didn’t see obvious Adverse Drug Reaction.Conclusion Combination of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium and Mannatide is a good way in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
