临床中药师干预对我院中草药处方规范性的影响

摘　　要：目的通过总结我院中草药处方点评的实践,以期为目前中草药处方点评提供参考。方法通过查阅文献及相关法律法规总结我院处方点评要点,依据点评要点对我院2017年8月~2018年2月的2953张中草药处方的合理性进行点评,并对相关问题进行干预。结果 2953张中草药处方,其中有1041张不规范处方,主要体现在超剂量用药、诊断不规范等;经临床中药师干预后,不规范处方大幅度下降。结论经临床中药师干预后我院中草药处方的规范性得到很大的改善,但仍需要进一步的干预及规范。Objective By summarizing the practice of Chinese herbal medicine prescription review in our hospital, I hope can provide reference for the current Chinese herbal medicine prescription review.Methods By reviewing the literature and related law and regulations, I summarized the main points of prescriptions in our hospital. Basing on the main points of the review, we reviewed the rationality of 2953 Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions from August 2017 to February 2018.Results 2953 Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions, including 1041 nonstandard prescriptions, mainly reflected in overdose medication and diagnostic irregularities.Conclusion The prescription of Chinese herbal medicine in our hospital requires great intervention and further regulation. The standardization of Chinese herbal medicine prescription has a long way to go.
