鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术对治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术对治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床效果观察。方法从我院耳鼻咽喉科门诊自2018年1月-2019年2月接诊的,合并不同程度鼻中隔偏曲的变态反应性鼻炎患者中,按是否愿意接受手术治疗,分别选取45例,进行临床疗效观察。按治疗方式不同,将之分为两组,对照组于门诊进行药物联合物理治疗措施,研究组在与对照组相同的药物及物理治疗的基础上收住入院行鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形手术,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组总满意度更高,两组差异有可比性(P<0.05)。结论应用鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形手术联合保守方法治疗的患者,相比较单一的保守治疗方法,可明显提升治疗后的有效率,临床上可推广应用。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of nasal septum plasty under nasal endoscope in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,45 patients with allergic rhinitis with different degrees of deviation of nasal septum were selected for clinical observation according to their willingness to receive surgical treatment.According to the different treatment methods,the two groups were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with drugs combined with physiotherapy in outpatient clinic.The study group was admitted to hospital on the basis of the same drugs and physiotherapy as the control group for nasal septum plasty under nasal endoscope.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of the study group was higher,and the difference between the two groups was comparable (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the single conservative treatment method,endoscopic nasal septum plasty combined with conservative treatment can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment,and can be widely applied in clinic.
