临床血脂生化检验的分级检验方法应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的针对临床血脂生化检验的分级检验方法应用效果展开探讨。方法将2017年4月~2018年12月间于我院接受血脂生化检验的130例患者血液样本作为本次研究对象,样本检测所采用的方法有拉网式传统检验法、分级检验法两种。通过收集两种方法检验得到的血液样本的甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及总胆固醇等几方面数据,对比论证两种方法的应用效果,重点分析分级检验方法的价值。结果临床检验结果表明,两种方法对于血液样本的甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及总胆固醇检验结果未呈现显著性差异(P>0.05),但在低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白AI以及载脂蛋白B的检验方面结果方面差异显著(P<0.05),以分级检验方法的效果更为。结论血脂生化分级检验方法对于提升血脂检验灵敏度、准确度具有较高的应用价值,能够节约医疗资源,为患者临床治疗提供充分的借鉴,值得深入研究并在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of Grading Test Method in clinical blood lipid biochemical test.Methods 130 blood samples of patients who underwent blood lipid biochemical test in our hospital from April 2017 to December 2018were taken as the research object.The methods used in the sample detection were traditional pull-net test and grading test.By collecting the data of triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol of blood samples obtained by the two methods,the application effect of the two methods was compared and demonstrated,and the value of grading test method was emphatically analyzed.Results The results of clinical tests showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods in the detection of triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol in blood samples (P>0.05),but there were significant differences in the detection of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolipoprotein AI and apolipoprotein B (P<0.05).The effect of grading test is better.Conclusion The biochemical Grading Test Method of blood lipid has high application value for improving the sensitivity and accuracy of blood lipid test.It can save medical resources and provide sufficient reference for clinical treatment of patients.It is worth further study and clinical application.
