摘  要:以利用EMS诱变黄瓜高代自交系6457种子获得的突变体库M4代为试材,采用目测观察法,研究了黄瓜果实变异突变体,以期为黄瓜育种及遗传学研究提供有价值的材料。结果表明:对6457突变体M4代全生育期进行表型鉴定,筛选出果实变长、果实变短、果柄变短、果实短圆筒、果实无刺瘤、果实刺瘤变密、果实毛密刺等突变。其中,筛选到果实无刺瘤材料2份,刺瘤变密材料1份,毛密刺材料1份,果实变长材料7份,果实变短材料7份,果柄变短材料4份,果实短圆筒形材料1份,果实纺锤形材料1份,总的变异率达31.0%。M4 generation of mutant library obtained by using EMS to mutagenic cucumber inbred line 6457 seed was used as test material.By observed,variety mutants of cucumber fruit were studied in order to reach the selected mutants which could provide valuable materials for cucumber breeding and genetic research.The results showed that phenotypic identification of 6457 mutant M4 was carried out in the whole growth period,such as longer fruit,shorter fruit stalk,fruit short cylinder,fruit without prickles,fruit prickles thicken and denser burr.Among them,2 non-prickly and tumorous lines,1 prickly and dense line,1 burr and dense line,7 fruit lengthening line,7 fruit shortening line,4 fruit stalk shortening line,1 fruit short cylinder line and 1 spindle fruits line were screened,with total variation rate of 31.0%.The mutants screened in this study could provide valuable material for cucumber breeding and genetic research.
