双侧入路治疗SchatzkerⅤ型、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双侧入路结合双钢板治疗SchatzkerⅤ型、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析苏州市相城人民医院骨科2014年1月1日~2019年6月30日收治的120例SchatzkerⅤ型、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者,依据治疗方式分组,对照组(n=60)仅采取前正中切口,观察组(n=60)采取前外侧联合后内侧双切口入路治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组并发症发生率为3.3%,比对照组15.0%明显更低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率为93.3%,比对照组70.0%明显更高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对SchatzkerⅤ型、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折采取前外侧联合后内侧双切口入路治疗的临床疗效优良,值得推广。Objective To explore the contralateral approach combined with double plate Schatzker Ⅴ,Ⅵ the clinical effect of the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis of suzhou city people’s hospital orthopedic on January 1,2014 to June 30,2019,120 cases of SchatzkerⅤ,Ⅵpatients with tibial plateau fractures,on the basis of treatment group and control group(n=60)just before taking midline incision,observation group(n=60)taken after anterior lateral joint inside double incision in the treatment,compared two groups of clinical effect.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.3%,significantly lower than that in the control group(15.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent recovery rate of knee function in the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The SchatzkerⅤ,Ⅵtibial plateau fractures take after anterior lateral joint inside double incision in the treatment of clinical curative effect is good,is worth promoting.
