生物瓣膜置换术治疗老年退行性瓣膜病的疗效

摘　　要：目的 研究分析生物瓣膜置换手术在治疗老年患者退行性瓣膜病(Senile degenerative heart valvular disease,SDHVD)的治疗效果。方法 从我院近期收治的退行性瓣膜病患者中选取60例老年患者,对老年患者进行生物瓣膜置换手术。对比老年患者在手术前后超声心动图指标,观察手术治疗效果以及手术安全性。结果 老年退行性瓣膜病患者在进行生物瓣膜置换手术之后,左、右心房内径相比于手术前均有缩小现象,且术后并发症发病率低。结论 对退行性瓣膜病老年患者采用生物瓣膜置换术进行治疗,具有良好的临床疗效且并发症发病率低。Objective To study and analyze the effect of bioprosthetic valve replacement in the treatment of senile degenerative heart valvular disease(SDHVD).Methods 60 elderly patients with degenerative valvular disease were selected from our hospital recently.The elderly patients were treated with bioprosthetic valve replacement.To compare the echocardiographic parameters of the elderly patients before and after operation,and to observe the therapeutic effect and safety of the operation.Results After bioprosthetic valve replacement,the diameters of left and right atria in elderly patients with degenerative valvular disease were smaller than those before operation,and the incidence of complications was lower.Conclusion Bioprosthetic valve replacement has good clinical efficacy and low incidence of complications in elderly patients with degenerative valvular disease.
