医用保湿润肤剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏对儿童特应性皮炎治疗效果和安全性评价

摘　　要：目的 研究针对患有特应性皮炎的患儿实施医用保湿润肤剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏进行治疗的临床疗效影响及安全性。方法 随机抽取我院最近一年期间门诊就诊的88名患有特应性皮炎的患儿作为本次研究对象。通过随机抽签的方法随机选出44名患儿为一号组。另外44名患儿为二号组。一号组患儿安排实施单一的糠酸莫米松乳膏进行治疗,二号组患儿在一号组患儿的基础上增加联合医用保湿润肤剂配合治疗。对比两组患儿治疗后的皮损程度评分差异以及临床症状改善评分差异和治疗有效率差异以及并发症发生率差异。结果 一号组患儿治疗后的皮损程度评分以及临床症状改善评分数据均要差于二号组患儿(P<0.05);一号组患儿治疗后的临床治疗有效率为82%,二号组患儿治疗后的临床治疗有效率为95%(P<0.05);一号组患儿的并发症发生率为23%,二号组患儿的并发症发生率为7%,(P<0.05)。结论 针对患有特应性皮炎的患儿实施医用保湿润肤剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏进行治疗具有良好的治疗效果,能够大大降低并发症发生情况,具有较高的安全性。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of moisturizer combined with mometasone furoate cream for children with atopic dermatitis.Methods 88 children with atopic dermatitis in our hospital in the last year were randomly selected as the research object.44 children were randomly selected as group 1 by random drawing.Another 44 children were in group 2.Group 1 patients were treated with a single mometasone furoate cream.Group 2 patients were treated with a combination of medical moisturizers and moisturizers on the basis of group 1 patients.The difference of skin lesion score,clinical symptom improvement score,treatment efficiency and complication rate between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of skin lesion and improvement of clinical symptoms in group 1 were worse than those in group 2(P<0.05);the effective rate of clinical treatment in group 1 was 82%,the effective rate of clinical treatment in group 2 was 95%(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in group 1 was 23%,and the incidence of complications in group 2 was 7%.(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical moisturizer combined with mometasone furoate cream for children with atopic dermatitis has good therapeutic effect,can greatly reduce the incidence of complications,and has high safety.
