玻璃酸钠与羟糖苷治疗白内障术后干眼疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 探讨对白内障术后干眼症患者采用玻璃酸钠与羟糖苷治疗的疗效差异。方法 选择我院2017年1月~2018年1月收治白内障术后干眼症患者计76例,随机分为采用羟糖苷滴眼液治疗对照组(n=38)与采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗实验组(n=38),对比临床效果。结果 实验组治疗总显效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,治疗后BUT大于对照组,P<0.05,基础泪液分泌长度、干眼症评分以及FL评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 对白内障手术后干眼症患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗效果理想,能够有效改善患者临床症状,值得推广。Objective To investigate the difference in the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate and hydroxyglycoside in patients with dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods Sixty-six patients with dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.They were randomly divided into hydroxyglycoside eye drops for the control group (n=38) and sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The liquid treatment experimental group (n=38) compared the clinical effects.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the BUT was greater than the control group,P<0.05.The length of the tear secretion,dry eye score and FL score were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery with sodium hyaluronate eye drops is effective and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worth promoting.
