护理干预在新生儿鼻塞式持续气道正压通气中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察在新生儿鼻塞式中连续气道正压通气采取护理干预的临床效果。方法对2016年9月~2018年9月间本科室收治的130例新生儿实施研究,运用简单抽样法将新生儿分为常规组和干预组各65例,对常规组采取常规护理,对干预组采取护理干预措施,对两组新生儿的护理效果行观察分析。结果干预组新生儿氧合指数、护理满意度分值较常规组明显较高,P<0.05。结论新生儿鼻塞式持续气道正压通气采取护理干预效果优异。Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention in continuous positive airway pressure ventilation with nasal obstruction in neonates.Methods 130 neonates admitted to the undergraduate department from September 2016 to September 2018 were studied.Using simple sampling method,65 neonates were divided into routine group and intervention group.Routine care was taken in the routine group and nursing intervention measures were taken in the intervention group.Results Neonatal oxygenation index and nursing satisfaction score in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion The nursing intervention effect of nasal obstruction continuous positive airway pressure ventilation is excellent.
