摘　　要：嵌顿性闭孔疝是少见的急诊,一经诊断需立即手术,目前手术方法主要是开放入路。腹腔镜手术开展较少,尤其是急诊行补片修补的报道更少。本文选用镇江市第一人民医院2015至2018年,3例闭孔疝均采用腹腔镜手术补片修补方法进行回顾性研究,分析此类手术治疗闭孔疝的心得与体会。Incarcerated obturator hernia is a rare emergency and requires immediate surgery upon diagnosis.Currently,the main surgical method is open approach.Laparoscopic surgery is rarely performed,especially emergency mesh repair is less reported.3 cases were selected form the first people’s hospital of zhenjiang in this paper from 2015 to 2018.All of obturator hernia were retrospectively studied by Laparoscopy transabdominal preperitoneal hernia mesh repair,and their experiences in the treatment of obturator hernia were analyzed.
