摘 要:基于厦门翔安某海底综合管廊工程先行线顶管的实测顶力,分别研究了总顶力Fp、平均摩阻力fk与顶程L的相关关系,以细化后行线顶管的平均摩阻力fk取值。结果表明:当顶程L=0~20 m,fk绝对值大、波动频繁;当顶程L>30 m,fk≈3.0 kPa;当顶程L>380 m,fk<2.0 kPa,并全区间fk在2.0 kPa上下震荡,且均未超过3.0 kPa;当施工停滞时,fk在恢复顶进的2~5 m范围内显著增大,随后迅速回落至正常水平。研究结果为后行顶管的平均摩阻力取值和中继间布置提供了依据。Based on the in-situ measured data of the first pipe-jacking of Xiamen Xiang'an subsea comprehensive pipe gallery project,the correlation between the jacking force Fp,the average resistance friction fk and the jacking distance L were studied,so as to refine the value of the average resistance friction fk in the second pipe-jacking.The results show that:fk has a large absolute value and fluctuates frequently when L=0~20 m;fk≈3.0 kPa when L>30 m;when L>380 m,and fk<2.0 kPa,fk oscillates up and down at 2.0 kPa and never exceeds 3.0 kPa.When the construction stops,fk increases significantly in the range of 2~5 m of recovery jacking and then it quickly falls back to normal level.The research results provide the basis for the average friction value of the second pipe-jacking and the layout of the relay wall.
