摘  要:动态电压补偿器是目前解决电压暂降的常用装置,其发展对保障电能质量有着重大意义。补偿时间、利用率和运行成本是动态电压补偿器设计中的关键指标。针对上海某烟草企业的电压暂降问题,提出了一种动态电压补偿器的设计与实现方案。通过改进动态电压补偿器在系统中的拓扑结构,并采用一种改进最小功率补偿控制策略,减少了动态电压补偿器在该企业实际应用中的能量消耗,延长了其补偿时间并节省了一定的运行成本。通过试验结果验证了所提出的绿色动态电压补偿器设计的正确性和有效性。The dynamic voltage restorer is a commonly used device to solve the current voltage sag,and its development has great significance to guarantee the power quality.Compensation time,utilization and operating costs of the voltage restorer are the key indictors in the design of dynamic voltage compensators.Aiming at the voltage sag problem of a tobacco company in Shanghai,a dynamic voltage restorer design and implementation scheme was proposed in this paper.By improving the topology of the dynamic voltage restorer in the system and adopting an improved minimum energy compensation control strategy,the energy consumption of the dynamic voltage restorer in the actual application of the enterprise is reduced.Its compensation time is extended and a certain amount operating costs is saved.The test results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed green dynamic voltage restorer design.
