摘 要:为了进一步提高硼精矿浆压滤洗涤过程中可溶性硼的回收率,并检验聚丙烯滤板在高温、强碱条件下的适用性,采用HG10/1000型试验压滤机进行现场测试,结果表明:采用聚丙烯滤板可实现硼精矿的压滤洗涤,可溶性硼回收率可提高1%~3%。将此工艺放大至30 m^2压滤机进行生产验证,经过1年的检验,可溶性硼回收率提高了1.56%,滤板无一损坏,验证了该工艺的合理性。In order to further improve the recovery rate of soluble boron and test the applicability of polypropylene filter plate under the conditions of high temperature and strong alkali, on-site test was conducted using HG10/1000 test filter press. The results showed that the polypropylene filter plate could be adapted to the pressure filtration and washing, and the recovery rate of soluble boron could be increased by 1%~3%. The process was enlarged to a 30 m^2 filter press for production verification. After a year of testing, the recovery rate of soluble boron was increased by 1.56% and no any filter plate was damaged, which verified the rationality of the process.
