摘　　要：以南京市中医院文化建设为例,探讨了南京市中医院物质文化、品牌文化、医脉文化、规范文化、价值观文化的建设实践,提出应加强中医院文化总体战略研究,将文化建设与党建工作相结合,促进中医院文化成为和谐美好的共同意识的发展建议。Strengthening the cultural construction of Chinese medicine hospitals has important theoretical and practical significance for developing Chinese medicine culture and enhancing our cultural self-confidence.Taking the cultural construction of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as an example, this paper discusses the construction practice of material culture, brand culture, medical pulse culture, normative culture and values culture of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. It is proposed that the overall strategy of Chinese hospital culture should be strengthened, and cultural construction and party building work should be combined to promote the development of Chinese medicine culture into a harmonious and beautiful common sense.
