摘　　要：西门子数控系统的电气调试中,每台机床的参数都需要调试人员手动逐个输入,经过粗略统计5个轴的机床需要设置参数近300个,而10个轴需要设置参数达500多个,过程繁琐,且易设置出错。为此,简要介绍了通过在西门子系统执行SPF文件从而实现了数控系统参数的批量设置。In the electrical debugging of Siemens CNC system,the parameters of each machine tool need to be input manually by the debugger one by one.After rough statistics,the parameters of five-axis machine tools need to be set up to nearly 300,while the parameters of 10-axis machine tools need to be set up to more than 500.The process is tedious and error-prone.This paper briefly introduces how to implement the batch of parameters of CNC system by executing SPF files in Siemens subsystem.Volume settings.
