摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ni-CaO-La2O3催化剂,在固定床反应器中,以乙醇、水为原料考察了La和Ca对催化剂活性的影响,采用BET,H2-TPR,XRD等方法对催化剂结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,同时加入La和Ca的20Ni-CaO-10La2O3催化剂的活性明显好于20Ni-CaO,20Ni-La2O3催化剂。20Ni-CaO-10La2O3催化剂在450℃左右能使乙醇完全转化,H2选择性达94.7%,500℃时H2选择性达100%;在550℃连续反应123 h,乙醇转化率还能保持94.8%以上。表征结果显示,加入La促进了活性组分Ni与碱金属Ca在催化剂中的均匀分散,且催化剂中Ni的粒径较小。Ni-CaO-La2O3 catalyst was prepared by a Sol-gel method,the effect of La and Ca addition on the activity of the catalyst was investigated in a fixed bed reactor using ethanol and water as raw materials.The characterization of catalysts was evaluated by BET,H2-TPR,XRD,and other methods.The catalyst had the best activity when La,Ca joined in together.At about 450℃,20Ni-CaO-10La2O3 catalyst can transform ethanol completely,H2 selectivity could reach 94.7%,H2 selectivity could reach 100%when the temperature got 500℃,and the conversion of ethanol can remain above 94.8%after 123 h at 550℃.The characterization of XRD and TEM shows that,add La can promote the uniform dispersion of active component Ni and alkali metal Ca in the catalyst,and the synthesized catalyst Ni particles are smaller.
