摘  要:异戊二烯是一种重要的化工原料,在橡胶、医学农药和精细化工等领域有着重要的应用,目前合成异戊二烯的方法中,以异丁烯为原料的Prins气相缩合法由于具有过程简单、安全无污染、产物异戊二烯纯度高等优点,被国内外认为是非常有前景的合成方法。全面介绍了用于烯醛气相一步法制备异戊二烯催化剂的种类,系统分析了不同催化剂的催化机理,探讨了烯醛一步法制备异戊二烯催化剂的发展趋势和应用前景。Isoprene is an important chemical feedstock and has important applications in the fields of rubber,medical pesticides and fine chemicals.In the current method for synthesizing isoprene,Prins gas phase condensation method using isobutene as feedstock is considered as a very promising process at domestic and foreign due to the factors that the process is simple,safe and pollution-free,and the produced isoprene is pure.In this paper,the varieties of solid acid catalysts for the preparation of isoprene by gas phase one-step method with isobutene and formaldehyde was introduced.The corresponding catalytic mechanism of different catalysts was systematically analyzed,and the development trend and application prospect of the catalyst for preparation of isoprene by one-step method with isobutene and formaldehyde was indicated.
