噻吩紫精与六元瓜环及其环己基取代衍生物的主客体相互作用

摘  要:以噻吩紫精为客体,以六元瓜环(Q[6])、对称的环己基六元瓜环(Cy2Q[6])、四取代的环己基六元瓜环(Cy4Q[6])以及全取代的环己基六元瓜环(Cy6Q[6])等4种瓜环为主体,采用核磁共振氢谱、紫外-可见光谱、等温量热滴定等方法研究主客体分子的相互作用。结果表明:客体分子与4种主体瓜环均形成稳定的包结物;4种主体分别与客体分子均形成包结比2∶1的包结物;Q[6],Cy4Q[6],Cy2Q[6]以及Cy6Q[6]与噻吩紫精主客体相互作用属于焓驱动。Taking thiophene viologen as the guest, four kinds of melon rings, namely, six membered melon ring(Q[6]), symmetrical cyclohexyl six membered melon ring(Cy2Q[6]), four substituted cyclohexyl six membered melon ring(Cy4Q[6]) and all substituted cyclohexyl six membered melon ring(Cy6Q[6]) were taken as the host.The binding interactions of hosts Q[6], Cy2Q[6], Cy4Q[6] and Cy6Q[6] with guest thiophene viologen in aqueous solution were studied with the methods of 1~H NMR spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy and isothermal titration calorimetry. The results show that the guest molecule forms stable inclusion complexes with four kinds of hosts, and the inclusion complexes with the inclusion ratio of 2∶1 are formed between the four host molecules and the guest molecules, respectively. The interaction of Q[6], Cy4Q[6], Cy2Q[6] and Cy6Q[6] with thiophene viologen is enthalpy driven.
