摘  要:采用浸渍法对焦炭负载Fe2O3,并对负载改性的活性焦进行柱状成型,研究不同负载量的Fe2O3/CAC(columnar activated coke,CAC)低温脱硝性能。结果表明:Fe2O3/CAC脱硝效率最佳时Fe的质量分数为6%,特别在140℃时其脱硝效率达75.6%;改变SO2含量,Fe2O3/CAC的脱硫效率基本稳定在90%,脱硝效率最低维持在59.2%;同时引入SO2和H2O对Fe2O3/CAC的脱硫脱硝效率影响较大,SO2和H2O的体积分数分别为0.04%和9.5%时,其脱硫脱硝效率分别稳定在60%和40%;最佳负载量下,Fe2O3/CAC的吸附-脱附曲线属于H4滞后环的Ⅱ型等温线;Fe2O3/CAC中氧化物SiO2与Fe2O3含量较高,Fe主要以γ-Fe2O3形式存在,有利于提高Fe2O3/CAC的低温脱硝性能;不同负载量的柱状Fe2O3/CAC落下强度均在50%左右。Fe2O3 was loaded on coke with impregnation method, and the activated coke modified by the load was column-shaped,and the low temperature denitration performance of Fe2O3/CAC(columnar activated coke, CAC)of different loadings was studied. The results show that denitrification efficiency of Fe2O3/CAC is the best when the mass fraction of Fe is 6%, especially at 140 ℃, the denitration is up to 75.6%. When SO2 content is changed,the desulfurization efficiency of Fe2O3/CAC is stable at 90%, and the denitration efficiency is at least 59.2%. SO2 and H2O have great influence on the desulfurization and denitrification efficiency of Fe2O3/CAC.When the volume fraction of SO2 and H2O is 0.04% and 9.5%, the desulfurization and denitrification efficiency is stable at 60% and40% respectively. At the optimum loading, the adsorption-desorption curve of Fe2O3/CAC belongs to the type II isotherm of H4 hysteresis ring.The content of SiO2 and Fe2O3 in Fe2O3/CAC is high and Fe mainly exists in the form of γ-Fe2O3, which improves the low temperature denitration performance of Fe2O3/CAC.The drop strength of columnar Fe2O3/CAC of different loads is about 50%.
