摘 要:以华南理工大学广州国际校区一期工程3栋装配式高层建筑为工程背景,为实现预制梁中幕墙预埋件精准定位,应用BIM技术根据原装配式施工图纸建立预埋件三维模型,并与优化好的结构模型进行整合;从而及早发现问题。并及时在BIM模型里对预埋件进行优化调整,输出预埋件优化后图纸,对现场作业人员进行详细准确的技术交底,实现对预埋件的精确定位,减少因材料浪费及返工造成的经济损失、工期延误现象。Based on the engineering background of three prefabricated high-rise buildings in the first phase of Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology,in order to realize the precise positioning of the embedded parts of the curtain wall in the prefabricated beam,BIM technology is applied to establish the three-dimensional model of the embedded parts according to the original construction drawings,and it is integrated with the optimized structural model,so as to find problems as early as possible.The embedded parts in BIM model are optimized and adjusted in time,the optimized drawings of the embedded parts are output to conduct detailed and accurate technical disclosure to the field operators,which realize the accurate positioning of the embedded parts,and reduce the economic loss and construction period delay caused by material waste and rework.
