摘 要:目的探讨温州地区儿童流感样病例与气象因素的关系。方法收集2011年5月至2017年12月于温州医科大学附属育英儿童医院就诊的流感样病例及温州市气象数据,应用SPSS26.0进行相关和回归分析。结果温州市儿童流感样病例在大多数年份中呈春夏、冬季双峰流行,高发时月平均气温多在10°C及30°C左右,发病数与平均风速(X1)及平均相对湿度(X2)均呈负相关,回归方程为=2286.870-234.589X1-19.693X2(P<0.01)。结论气象因素与儿童流感样病例发病密切相关,对建立流感早期气象预警系统有一定意义。Objective To explore the relationship between influenza-like-illness in children and meteorological factors in Wenzhou.Methods The data of influenza-like-illness were collected from May 2011 to December 2017 in Yuying children’s hospital affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University.The meteorological data of Wenzhou city were collected in the same period.The relevant and regression analysis were conducted by SPSS26.0.Results The influenza-like-illness was bimodal popular in spring or summer and winter.The peak often occurred when the monthly mean temperature were 10°C or 30°C.The incidence was negatively correlated with monthly average wind speed(X1)and average relative humidity(X2),and the regression equation was=2286.870-234.589X1-19.693X2(P<0.01).Conclusions Meteorological factors are closely related to the occurrence of influenza-like-illness which is of great significance for the establishment of an early meteorological warning system for influenza.
