摘  要:国道南生态会所为单层排架结构,因功能提升需将屋盖整体抬高3.8m。屋盖布置有复杂昂贵的室内调节设备、控制系统等,在维持屋盖现状条件下,对柱整体进行同步顶升。综合考虑顶升过程的安全性、施工操作便捷性等,提出柱的截断位置,确定分段累计顶升实施方式。针对屋盖自重轻,顶升过程对风敏感,提出应对措施;设计出临时顶升转换结构,有效解决顶升过程中排架柱受力、施工操作等关键问题,实现顶升过程力的可靠传递;并对顶升过程控制、节点连接等问题给出相应解决方案,最终实现屋盖的安全、经济、高效顶升改造。The national road south ecological club,which is a single-layer bent structure,will be raised3.8 m wholly due to the need of functional upgrading.Reformation plan is proposed by means of integral synchrony jack-up columns with maintaining roof status for on which complex and expensive indoor conditioning equipments and control systems are placed.The cut-off position of columns is put forward,and segmentally accumulative jack-up method is determined by taking into account safety of lifting process and convenience of construction operation.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed in view of light weight of the roof and its sensitive to wind during lifting process in detail.Temporary conversion structure is designed to solve problems such as forces of the bent structure columns and construction operations,and reliable transmission of forces is realized during the process of columns jack-up.Corresponding solutions are given for process control of jack-up,joints connections and so on.Ultimately,jack-up reformation of the roof is achieved with safety,economy and efficiency.
