摘  要:阐述了阿法拉伐CHPX-517离心机的分离原理和溶剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的洗涤流程,说明了溶剂洗涤在整个吸收工艺中的重要性。分析了混合罐的混合温度、搅拌速度、剂水比和停留时间4个因素对离心机分离效果的影响,实验结果表明:混合温度62℃、搅拌速度34r/min、剂水比2:1、停留时间100min时离心机分离效果最佳。In this paper,the separation principle of Alfa Laval CHPX-517 centrifuge and the washing process of DBP solvent were described to illustrate the importance of solvent washing in the entire absorption process,including the analysis of factors affecting the separation effect of the centrifuge from the four aspects of temperature control,stirring speed,DBP/water ratio and residence time of the mixing tank.The experimental results showed that the separating effect is optimal when mixing temperature stays at 62℃ together with a 34r/min stirring speed,2:1 DBP/water ratio and a 100min residence time.
