摘　　要：目的:分析内蒙古包头地区转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)基因多态性及血清水平与特应性皮炎的关系。方法:采用病例对照研究,收集内蒙古包头地区特应性皮炎患者120例为病例组,同时收集120例健康人作为对照组,采用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)方法,对所有样本进行TGF-β1基因多态性分析及血清TGF-β1水平检测,比较病例组与对照组的基因型和等位基因差异。结果:TGF-β1基因多态性位点的基因型和等位基因频率在病例组和对照组之间的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),特应性皮炎组TGF-β1血清水平明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TGF-β1基因多态性与特应性皮炎发病可能无关,TGF-β1血清水平可能影响特应性皮炎的发生发展。Objective:To investigate the associations of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)gene polymorphism and its serum levels with atopic dermatitis in Baotou,Inner Mongolia.Methods:A case-control study was conducted after collecting 120 patients with atopic dermatitis in Baotou of Inner Mongolia as case group and 120 healthy persons as control group.The genotypes and alleles of the case group and the control group were compared by using sequence-specific primer polymerase chain reaction(PCR-SSP)and the analysis of TGF-β1 gene polymorphism and the detection of its serum levels were performed?in all samples.Results:〗There was no significant difference in the distribution of genotype and allele frequencies of TGF-β1 polymorphism between the case group and the control group(P>0.05).The serum level of TGF-β1 in atopic dermatitis group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The polymorphism of TGF-β1 gene may not be related to the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis.The serum level of TGF-β1 may affect the occurrence,development and prognosis of atopic dermatitis.
