认知干预对眼部碱烧伤患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼部烧伤患者护理中认识干预的应用价值。方法:随机将76例眼部碱烧伤患者分为常规组及认知干预组,每组38例。常规组接受常规护理,认知干预组在常规护理的同时给予认知干预。对两组治疗前后抑郁、焦虑及生活质量变化情况,并对比两组护理满意度。结果:出院时,认知干预组SDS及SAS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);而两组4周治疗期间SF-30评分均呈升高趋势(P<0.05);而住院4周后,认知干预组SF-30评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。且出院时认知干预组护理总满意度明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在眼部碱烧伤的护理过程中,认知干预可有效的改善患者的心理状态及生活质量,并通过患者的护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application value of cognitive intervention in the nursing of ocular burn patients.Methods:76 cases of ocular alkali burn were randomly divided into the routine group and the cognitive intervention group,38 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,while the cognitive intervention group received cognitive intervention in addition to routine nursing,with the changes of depression,anxiety and quality of life before and after treatment compared.Results:At the time of discharge,the scores of SDS and SAS in the cognitive intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),while the scores of SF-30 in the two groups increased during the 4-week treatment(P<0.05),while the scores of SF-30 in the cognitive intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group after 4 weeks of hospitalization(P<0.05).At the time of discharge,the total satisfaction of the cognitive intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive intervention can effectively improve the mental state and quality of life of patients with ocular alkali burn,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
