摘 要:中国城市正经历从高速增长转向高质发展的转型阶段,科技园区的转型提升工作也正寻求新的路径.分析发展转型背景下的科技园街道设计情况,辨析科技园街道相较于一般街道的差异,以丰台科技园街道设计导则为例,总结科技园街道设计导则价值指引方向,梳理街道管控指导要素,明确园区道路功能及景观提升更新的路径与方法,为未来的科技园区街道设计导则编制提供思路和实践探索.Chinese cities are undergoing a transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development.Meanwhile science parks are also seeking new paths of transformation and upgrading.The opportunities of science park street design under the background of transformation and the difference between science park street and general street are analysed in the paper.Taking Fengtai science park street design guidelines as an example,the value direction of street design guidelines is summarized;the guiding elements of street design and management are sorted out;the method of street function and landscape improvement is found out.The reference for future street design guidelines of science park is provided in the paper.
