摘 要:以济南地铁R1线、R2线盾构隧道小曲线、小净距、叠落下穿京沪高铁桥为工程背景,提出了多区间隧道下穿施工主动控制技术体系。研究表明:(1)多区间隧道下穿施工主动控制技术体系包含盾构叠落下穿施工顺序优选、主动隔离控制、管片结构加强、交叠区洞内加固控制、下穿高铁桥减隔振控制5项技术;(2)盾构叠落下穿施工顺序优选原则为叠落区域隧道按自下而上顺序施工,同一平面按与既有隧道由远而近顺序施工;(3)主动隔离控制技术为施做钻孔灌注桩作隔离桩,袖阀管注浆作桩间止水;(4)交叠区洞内加固控制技术采用管片增设预留注浆孔对交叠区夹层进行注浆预加固、下方隧道架设台车支撑加强整体刚度;(5)全自动变形监测表明4条盾构区间穿越施工桥墩最大沉降量仅为0. 4mm,变形控制效果极佳。Based on the engineering background of the shield tunnel of Jinan metro line R1 and R2 undercrossing Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway viaduct with small radius curve,small spacing and overlapping. The construction active control technology system for multi-section tunnel undercrossing viaduct was proposed. Conclusions:( 1) The active control technology system includes five technologies:the construction sequence optimization of shield overlap-undercrossing,the active isolation control,the reinforcement of segment structure,the reinforcement control in the overlapping area and the antivibration control of undercrossing high-speed viaduct.( 2) The optimal selection principle is that the tunnel in the overlapping area is constructed in the bottom-up sequence,and tunnel on the same plane is constructed from far to close sequence with the existing tunnel.( 3) The active isolation control technology adopts bored piles for separating and sleeve valve barrel grouting for cutting off water between the piles.( 4) The reinforcement control technology of the tunnel in the overlapping area adopts grouting pre-reinforcement for interlayer soil mass carried on reserved grouting hole add segment, and the supporting trolley is set up in the underside tunnel to strengthen the overall stiffness.( 5) Automatic deformation monitoring shows that the maximum settlement of the piers is only 0. 4 mm due to the 4-section shield tunnel construction,consequently the deformation control effect is excellent.
