摘 要:以大曲率、多条线路下大跨度框架顶进的智慧大道项目为依托,根据不同顶进段铁路线特点,分别建立D便梁和纵横抬梁架空加固体系。利用有限元软件对顶进过程进行数值模拟,对两种架空加固方式的加固效果进行工前评价。根据不同加固方式采用不同的支撑桩托换施工方法,保证顶进过程的施工质量和安全,并开展顶进全过程的实时监测,及时对工艺参数进行纠偏与优化,形成了大跨度框架顶进下穿运营铁路施工关键技术。Based on the intelligent highway project of large-span frame jacking under large curvature and multiple lines,according to the characteristics of different jacking sections of railway lines,the overhead reinforcement systems of D convenient beam and longitudinal and transverse lifting beam are established respectively. The jacking process is simulated by finite element software,and the reinforcement effect of two kinds of overhead reinforcement methods is evaluated before construction. According to different reinforcement methods,different supporting pile underpinning construction methods are adopted to ensure the construction quality and safety of jacking process,and real-time monitoring of the whole process of jacking is carried out,and the process parameters are corrected and optimized in time,thus forming the key construction technology of long-span frame jacking through operational railway.
