徽州契约文书词语释义商补--以《中国历代契约汇编考释》为例

摘　　要：学界对徽州契约文书中疑难性词语的解读有诸多不当之处,今以《中国历代契约汇编考释》为例,拣选部分误释词语,如"巡检""硬租""倩唤""绝户""领札""升科""隐射""弓受""信鸡"等进行重新考校,以期得出合理的答案。There are many inappropriate interpretations of the difficult words in Huizhou contract documents in academic circles.Take the Examination on Collection of Chinese Contract Documents in Different Dynasties(中国历代契约汇编考释)as an example,we select some misinterpreted words,such as Xunjian(巡检),Ylingzu(硬租),Qianhuan(倩唤),Juehu(绝户),Lingzha(领札),Shengke(升科),Yinshe(隐射),Gongshou(弓受),Xingji(信鸡),and so on to make new textual examinations so that reasonable interpretations of like words can be derived.
