摘 要:作者开发了一种采暖散热器热工性能检测水温、流量控制系统,可快速精确地调节测试工况的进水温度和被试件的流量,以满足采暖散热器再三个不同工况下的不同温度和流量的要求,提高了测试精度及工作效率,同时最大限度减少由于工况调节时间过长而导致的大量能耗,达到节能减排的目的,具有投资成本低、操作简单的特点。The author has developed a control system for measuring water temperature and flow of heating radiator’s thermal performance,which can quickly and accurately adjust the water inlet temperature and flow of the test piece under the test condition,so as to meet the requirements of different temperature and flow under three different working conditions of heating radiator,improve the test accuracy and work efficiency,and minimize the problems caused by too long adjustment time of working condition A large amount of energy consumption,to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction,has the characteristics of low investment cost and simple operation.
