新形势下富锰渣行业环境管理政策分析

摘　　要：富锰渣企业装备水平不高、规模较少,环境管理水平偏弱,使得行业发展受管理政策影响较大。分析了行业基本情况,从产业结构调整指导目录、排污许可制、重污染天气应急管控等主要政策剖析对行业影响,并围绕行业如何加快环保整治提升,构建以排污许可为核心的全过程环境管理提出建议。The equipment level of manganese-rich slag enterprises is not high,and the scale is small.The environmental management level is weak,which make the industry development is greatly affected by the management policy.This paper analyzes the basic situation of the industry,analyzes the impact on the industry from the industrial structure adjustment guidance directory,emission permit system,heavy pollution weather emergency control and other major policies,and puts forward suggestions on how to accelerate the environmental protection improvement of the industry,and constructs the whole-process environmental management with emission permit as the core.
