摘  要:蓄电池组是UPS系统不可或缺的关键性组成部分,UPS系统安全、可靠运行和蓄电池的容量配置、放电性能等有着直接联系。因此,多层次客观分析了UPS蓄电池的维护现状及其放电容量测试,提出了一些确切可行的对策,在优化、完善的基础上提升UPS蓄电池维护水平,不仅实现了高质量放电容量测试,而且规范了UPS蓄电池充放电,解决了过放电、过充电、欠充电等问题,最大化提升UPS蓄电池的运行性能,尽可能延长蓄电池使用寿命的同时提高维护效果以及应用效益。Battery pack is an indispensable part of UPS system. The safe and reliable operation of UPS system is directly related to the capacity configuration and discharge performance of battery. Therefore,this paper objectively analyzes the current situation of UPS battery maintenance and its discharge capacity test,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures. On the basis of optimization and improvement,the maintenance level of UPS battery is improved to realize high-quality discharge capacity test and regulate UPS battery charge and discharge,solve the problems of over discharge,over charge and under charge,and maximize the improvement of UPS battery The operation performance and function play a smooth role in promoting the efficient operation of UPS system,extending the service life of battery as much as possible and improving the maintenance effect and application efficiency.
