摘  要:利用赤峰市农牧科学研究院城子试验地进行长期定位试验,研究了菌线克种衣剂对防治重茬大豆胞囊线虫的作用和对大豆产量的影响。通过试验发现,菌线克种衣剂对大豆株高没有影响,对胞囊线虫具有防治效果,对大豆产量性状没有影响。在不使用种衣剂的情况下,随着大豆重茬年限的增加,产量会出现大幅度降低,豆科作物重茬的弊端开始显现。种衣剂SN100具有增产效果,种衣剂SN101存在不稳定因素。通过使用菌线克种衣剂,具有防病壮根和增产作用,可以适当缓解大豆重茬造成的产量下降,无毒无药害产生,值得在生产中推广。The effects of seed coating agent Junxianke on soybean cyst nematode control and soybean yield were investigated in a long-term continuous soybean experiment of Chifeng Academy of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry.The results showed that the seed coating had no effects on plant height and yield traits of soybean,but controlled soybean cyst nematode effectively.Without the use of seed coating agent,the soybean yield was greatly reduced with the increase in the years of continuous soybean,and the disadvantages of continuous soybean started to appear.Seed coating agent SN100 could increase soybean yield,while the yield-increasing effect by agent SN101 was not stable.The use of fungicidal seed coating agent can appropriately alleviate the yield reduction caused by continuous soybean by preventing the occurrence of diseases and increasing yield without toxicity and harm and is worth popularizing in the production.
