管网互联互通反输初期压缩机停机分析及对策——以西气东输二线X压气站为例

摘　　要：西气东输二线X压气站是管网互联互通的重要枢纽站场,在反输保供初期发生了压缩机入口过滤器压差和干气密封过滤器压差迅速上升而造成机组停机的现象。为了保证其压缩机组的正常运行,缓解用气紧张局面,通过对过滤器堵塞颗粒物和反输气质来源进行研究,结果表明省级管网管道内的杂质是造成X压气站压缩机组停机的主要原因。在结合X压气站站内流程及设备的基础上,提出了提高过滤分离器滤芯更换频次、放大压缩机入口过滤器滤网精度、增加干气密封气源预处理系统等对策。采用上述对策,X压气站压缩机顺利启动,反输期间未再发生停机现象。另外,通过研制新型过滤分离器滤芯和对省级管网进行反输流程改造从长远看也是解决此类问题的有效方法。所形成的技术对策也给其他压气站在互联互通输气过程中发生类似情况提供了借鉴。The X compressor station of the second West-East Gas Pipeline is an important hub station for pipeline interconnection.In the initial stage of gas reverse transmission,the pressure difference of compressor inlet filter and dry gas seal filter rises rapidly,which cause the compressor shutdown.In order to ensure the normal operation and alleviate the tense situation of gas consumption,this paper studies the source of reverse gas and particulate matter blocked by filters.The results show that the impurities in the pipelines of provincial pipelines are the main reasons for the shutdown of compressor.Some countermeasures such as improving the frequency of filter element replacement,enlarging the accuracy of inlet filter,and increasing the pretreatment system of dry gas sealed gas source are put forward based on the process and equipment of X compressor station.The compressor of X compressor station started smoothly,and no shutdown occurred during reverse transmission by using the above measures.In addition,in the long run it is also an effective way to solve this kind of problem by developing new filter and retrofitting the reverse transportation process of the provincial pipeline station.The technical countermeasures also provide a reference for other compressor stations in the process of pipeline interconnection.
