摘　　要：对传统硫酸低温热能回收蒸汽发生器排污装置的结构进行了分析,针对该装置中存在的吸污区域不均匀与排污管道冲蚀严重的缺陷,设计了一种新型蒸汽发生器。新型蒸汽发生器采用主、副排污管道并联与葫芦状吸污头,排污均匀、可靠、高效,有效避免了非污液体的排出,提升了排污管的寿命,促进了硫酸低温热能回收蒸汽发生器的推广应用。Based on the analysis of the structure of the traditional sulfuric acid low-temperature heat recovery steam generator,a new type of steam generator is designed in view of the unevenness of the suction area and the serious erosion of the sewage pipe.The new steam generator adopts the parallel main and secondary sewage pipes and the gourd-shaped suction head to discharge evenly,reliably and efficiently,effectively avoid the discharge of non-polluted liquid,improve the life of the sewage pipe,and promote the popularization and application of sulfuric acid low-temperature heat energy recovery steam generator.
