摘　　要：通过分析筒类零件孔口去毛刺工艺,设计了一种专用工具。该去毛刺工具使用时通过快换夹头安装连接在普通车床或摇臂钻上,工作部位贴紧零件孔口处,在零件与工具的相对旋转运动中,快速有效地去除零件孔口毛刺,具有高效率、低成本、劳动强度低的特点。A special deburring tool is designed by analyzing the deburring technology of the barrel parts.When the deburring tool is used,it is installed and connected on the lathe or rocker drill through the quick change chuck,and the working position is close to the hole opening of the part.In the relative rotation of the part and the tool,it can quickly and effectively remove the hole burr of the part,which has the characteristics of high efficiency,low cost and low labor intensity.
