摘　　要：为解决非洲蜡染布市场中中国企业的发展问题,通过对相关文献资料的梳理,结合企业发展现状,利用SWOT分析方法,对企业在新的国际政治、经济和市场环境下所具有的优势(S)和劣势(W),面对的机会(O)和威胁(T)进行了详细分析。采用SWOT矩阵分析对优势与机会(SO)组合、劣势与机会(WO)组合、优势与威胁(ST)组合和劣势与机会(WT)组合对策进行归纳和总结,得出在非洲蜡染布市场中中国蜡染布企业今后一段时间发展的具体对策。In order to solve the development problems of Chinese enterprise in African batik cloth market,detailed analysis is carried out using the SWOT analysis method combined with study on relevant literature and present situation of the enterprises.The analysis concentrate on advantages(S),weaknesses(W),opportunities(O)and threats(T)of Chinese enterprises in African batik cloth market under the background of new international political,economic and market environment.The specific countermeasures for the development of Chinese batik enterprises in the African batik cloth market in the future are concluded and summarized by SWOT matrix analysis on the combination of advantages and opportunities(SO),disadvantages and opportunities(WO),advantages and threats(ST)and disadvantages and opportunities(WT).
