摘　　要：目的分析法洛四联症患儿术后照顾者健康教育需求.方法以郑州儿童医院2017年3月-2018年11月收治的78例法洛四联症患儿的照顾者作为观察样本.采用自拟需求调查量表对所有患儿术后照顾者的健康教育需求进行调查分析.结果通过调查发现,法洛四联症患儿术后照顾者对于生理方面知识的需求得分最高,为(2.83±0.16)分,其次为信息需求、照顾品质需求以及心理需求与社会需求.在健康教育问题中,需求最多的为"手术对儿童生长发育的影响",为(2.71±0.32)分,高于其他问题(P<0.05).结论法洛四联症患儿术后照顾者对健康教育工作的需求主要集中在生理方面,但心理方面的需要也不应忽视,在护理中应针对照顾者的实际需求开展针对性的护理干预,以提高护理质量.Objective To analyze the health education needs of caregivers in children with tetralogy of Fallot after operation.Methods The caregivers of 78 children with tetralogy of Fallot admitted by Zhengzhou children's Hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 were taken as observation samples.The health education needs of caregivers of all children after operation were investigated and analyzed with the self-designed needs questionnaire of our department.Results According to the survey,the caregivers of children with tetralogy of Fallot had the highest score on the need for physiological knowledge with the score of(2.83±0.16),followed by information demand,quality of care needs,psychological needs and social needs.Among the health education problems,the most needed one was“the effect of operation on children’s growth and development”which was(2.71±0.32),and higher than other problems(P<0.05).Conclusion The needs of caregivers of children with tetralogy of Fallot for health education after operation are mainly focused on the physiological aspects,but the psychological needs should not be neglected.In order to improve the quality of nursing care,targeted nursing intervention should be carried out according to the actual needs of caregivers.
