摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量罗哌卡因腰椎麻醉在肛肠手术围术期的应用效果。方法将2017年8月~2018年8月肛肠手术患者90例随机数字表法分组。布比卡因组实施小剂量布比卡因腰椎麻醉,罗哌卡因组实施小剂量罗哌卡因腰椎麻醉。比较两组效果;尿潴留、瘙痒等不良反应发生率;不同术后时间点患者视觉疼痛评分值水平。达到最高阻滞平面时间、感觉阻滞的时间、最高阻滞平面。结果罗哌卡因组效果高于布比卡因组,P<0.05;罗哌卡因组尿潴留、瘙痒等不良反应发生率低于布比卡因组,P<0.05;术后不同时间罗哌卡因组视觉疼痛评分值水平优于布比卡因组,P<0.05。罗哌卡因组达到最高阻滞平面时间、感觉阻滞的时间、最高阻滞平面优于布比卡因组,P<0.05。结论小剂量罗哌卡因腰椎麻醉在肛肠手术麻醉中的效果确切。Objective To investigate the application effect of low dose ropivacaine in the perioperative period of anorectal surgery.Methods 90 patients with anorectal surgery were divided into groups by random number table method.The bupivacaine group was given low dose bupivacaine for lumbar anesthesia,and the ropivacaine group was given low dose ropivacaine for lumbar anesthesia.The two groups were compared.Incidence of adverse reactions such as urinary retention and pruritus;Visual pain score of patients at different postoperative time points.The time to reach the highest block plane,the time to feel the block,and the highest block plane.Results Ropivacaine group was more effective than bupivacaine group,P<0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions such as urinary retention and pruritus in ropivacaine group was lower than that in bupivacaine group(P<0.05).The visual pain score of ropivacaine group was better than that of bupivacaine group at different postoperative time,P<0.05.The time of reaching the highest block plane,the time of feeling block and the highest block plane of ropivacaine group were better than that of bupivacaine group,P<0.05.Conclusion Low dose ropivacaine is effective in anaesthesia of anorectal operation.
