摘　　要：目的探讨乙肝肝硬化患者CD39^+CD73^+B细胞的表达及临床意义。方法选择本院就诊的乙肝肝硬化患者及乙肝患者,流式细胞术检测外周血CD39^+CD73^+B细胞在B细胞中的比例,分析CD39^+CD73^+B细胞的组间差异及其与乙肝DNA阴阳性之间的关系。结果 CD39^+CD73^+B细胞的表达乙肝肝硬化组较对照组显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);乙肝DNA阴性性组明显高于乙肝DNA阳性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 CD39^+CD73^+B细胞的表达降低对乙肝患者可能的肝硬化进程有警示作用,同时有望用于乙肝肝硬化进展的严重程度和治疗效果方面的评估,具有潜在临床应用价值。Objective To detect the expression of CD39^+CD73^+B cells in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and to explore its clinical significance.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the distribution of CD39^+CD73^+B cells in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and hepatitis B.The difference of the distribution of CD39^+CD73^+B cells and it’s relationship with hepatitis B-DNA were analyzed.Results The expression of CD39^+CD73^+B cells in hepatitis B cirrhosis group was significantly lower than that in hepatitis B group(P<0.001),and the expression of CD39^+CD73^+B cells in hepatitis B-DNA negative group was significantly higher than that in hepatitis B-DNA positive group(P<0.001).Conclusion Decreased expression of CD39^+CD73^+B cells may indicate the possible progression of cirrhosis in patients with hepatitis B.The detection of CD39^+CD73^+B cells expression is expected to be used to evaluate the severity of hepatitis B cirrhosis and the therapeutic effect,which has potential value for clinical application.
