摘　　要：目的观察锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢长骨粉碎性骨折的效果及并发症发生率。方法共抽取52例2017年11月~2019年2月间在我院开展四肢长骨粉碎性骨折的患者进行实验,根据患者接受的治疗方式上的差异将所有患者分成以手法复位石膏外固定的对照组与进行锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的实验组。这两组患者人数相同。本次实验进行对比的数据为治疗优良率与不良反应发生率。结果统计数据显示,实验组治疗优良率领先于对照组,且不良反应发生率较对照组而言更低。实验组的治疗优势十分明显。P<0.05本次实验数据有统计价值。结论在治疗四肢长骨粉碎性骨折患者期间,开展锁定加压钢板内固定治疗表现出的效果十分突出。有效提升治疗有效率,降低并发症的发生,加快患者康复速度。在今后的临床中值得更为积极的应用。Objective To observe the effect of locking compression plate internal fixation on comminuted fractures of long bones of extremities and the incidence of complications.Methods A total of 52 patients with comminuted fractures of long bones of extremities were selected from November 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital.All patients were divided into two groups:the control group treated with manual reduction and external fixation with gypsum and the experimental group treated with locking compression plate.The number of patients in both groups was the same.The data of this experiment were the rate of excellent and good treatment and the rate of adverse reaction.Results Statistical data showed that the excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group.The treatment advantage of the experimental group is obvious.P<0.05 The experimental data have statistical value.Conclusion During the treatment of comminuted fracture of long bones of extremities,locking compression plate internal fixation has shown remarkable effect.Effectively improve the efficiency of treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,and speed up the recovery of patients.It is worth more active application in clinical practice in the future.
