摘　　要：随着交通运输的各种需求明显增长,车辆安全问题面临巨大挑战,加强对智能交通系统的研究至关重要。在行车过程中,控制本车与前方车辆的距离是一个重要课题,结合Gabor小波特征的识别技术,通过摄像头取得前方的车辆帧图像进行检测,识别定位前方车辆,利用帧差分法结合Gabor小波特征匹配,实现对前方车辆车距判断及车距预警。with the obvious growth of various demands of transportation,vehicle safety problems are facing great challenges,strengthening the research on intelligent transportation system is of vital importance.In the process of driving,control the local and the distance from vehicles ahead is an important subject,combined with Gabor small potter character recognition technology,through the camera in front of the vehicle frame images obtained detection,identification,vehicle,using small frame difference method combined with Gabor potter character matching,diagnosis,and for the car in front of the vehicle spacing distance warning.
